All nominations will be reviewed by a committee of judges, comprised of distinguished media impresarios including:

Scott Meyer	VP or Strategic Planning, The Boston Globe
Bob Tedeschi	E-Commerce Reporter, The New York Times
Robin Kamen	Editor & GM, Crainsny.com
David Kirkpatrick	Senior Editor, Fortune Magazine
Ed Paisley	Managing Editor, The Deal LLC

Judging Criteria:
Each nominee will be evaluated based on three categories:

• Nominee's impact on Company's objectives and leadership
• Nominee's leadership beyond industry
• Nominee and Company impact beyond industry

Each of these criteria will be scored from 1-10, yielding a possible total of 30 across the three categories.
